You know that bit with the instructor slamming her hand on the slab and then yelling at a student to identify as many bones as they could? Yeah, reminded me of my A&P lab.
The professor did it to this one girl in our group and she almost freaking died because he was kind of intimidating. In our case it was with muscles, but point still stands that that can be really scary.

If you can't handle dead things being yelled at is the least of your problems. probably not the best teaching method, especially on the first day, but necromancy is serious business.

Realtalk though, what does a necromancer do?
I mean, it's against the law to raise an undead army and march on the lands of the living so that's right out

You can also maintain your own force of undead, provided they are obtained legally. Most are used as guards or test subjects on how life force can be used or manipulated.

Its kind of and kind of not, and kind of is. I mean there are some really awesome characters that struggle with necromancy and posions. I mean the only neutral non-evil necromancer is from diablo and they are neutral.

Its a matter of perspective, but yeah, it can do some evils things.

Saying it's a matter of perspective is a bit of a cop out, everything is a matter of perspective. Necromancy by nature is the art of the dead, inside it (traditionally) there are the options for both reanimating and resurrecting (different things) the dead. In my opinion the concept of resurrecting the dead isn't evil, I'm a christian after all, Resurrection is one of our core beliefs. Throwing the idea of Resurrection around as a mortal however is more than likely a sin, and as such personally I don't like the idea from a purely theoretical sense, but that doesn't stop me from playing necromantic characters as it's fiction.
As for reanimation, this is pure evil, the concept of disrespecting someone's remains or, worse, forcing them to inhabit a shadow of their former selves, is worse than despicable.

Thats an opinion my character can agree to, but equally other characters might not share it. All an opinion and a matter of perspective in the end no matter how you look at it, nobody is right in a conversation like this.
