As to locales, Timuur the Hutt's palace is The Spike, a major refuelling station. The Spike also contains the Rowdy Ronto, which is only one floor above Timuur's audience chamber. It is on the 1400th floor of The Spike, and the circular bar, the Rowdy Ronto, a favourite hangout of criminals of all types, and where Lin is employed as the star singer, comprises an entire level. It's a big bar, surrounded by full transparisteel windows with a wraparound balcony. Speeder traffic is fairly constant around 30 meters away from the windows and thus can be seen in the skylanes just above and below the bar. (for consistency)

Am I reading things wrong or did silences character walk into the closed meeting between the hutts? Im asking only because im working on a reply to darkos post and we're right outside the room and wonder if I should mention this.

I think there's been a bit of confusion. I thought the Rowdy Ronto was below the audience chamber rather than above, but that's fixed easily enough. However, unless I'm mistaken, the Hutts were having their meeting in that private audience chamber rather than in the bar/cantina itself which is the impression I got from Silence's post. I think a small clarification for all of us wouldbe useful, Nepty, just to ensure we're definitely all on the same page here. One other thing, I feel like the Hutts would know Mythus as Garen, seeing as under his real name he had no notoriety and it was only afterwards that he started using a false name that word spread of his actions and a bounty was accordingly placed on his head. A minor detail but a potentially important one nonetheless. silence

I'll admit that the fact that the hutts met Silence outside the bar was a slip up and the fault lies with me, in actuality, he is part of the 'important details' they're discussing,so he'd meet with them in his throne room. A minor edit should fix that, apologies all around.
Aditionally, yes, they would know him as Garen.
As for the Spike
The first few hundred layers (up to around level 800) are residential blocks, until they get to 100 well protected storage layers (each layer is around the size of a floor) that are used to store Timuur's shipping goods. Above this are another 100 layers used as a hideout for timuur's cronies and other hutts. For the next few hundred layers, they've been repurpoused into landingpads and starship storage, then is the Timuur's palace area. That's the militia barracks, then the pantry, kitchens, etc, then Timuur's personal audience chamber (nearing the top of the Spike) then the Ronto above that, and above that, Timuur's private quarters and his massive credit-storage computers.

The point of not acknowledging Garen as Garen, is I don't know his real name, nor would it really help in this. I can also change the site of the meeting, but that would also have me running into Garen and Vias at the least, and it would almost make the post a total scrap.

Garen is the cover name. Apologies for the confusion. Well, that can be avoided quite easily. I'm sure there are multiple ways to reach the top level, not just that one stairwell. After all, it's of no use to the Hutts themselves. I think just moving the scenes in the cantina to either before or after the meeting and then simply adding a line or two about him having entered/exited the audience chamber in the middle around the dialogue he shares with the Hutts. It is a little bit of extra work, but not much; preserves continuity and doesn't scrap any of your post.

I understand what you mean, but the audience chamber is a place that wont be exactly dark and only have the bodyguards and the Hutts. I`m in the middle of redoing it, but the conversation wouldn't be the same nor the environment, and you can not describe the plain balcony, but the throne room is quite full with scenery and the such.
