Here's something to add into the companion. Putting it here so everyone can see.
Administrating the mark
When you post about something involving major changes (raising an army or changing administration) put it in the bottom of your post in non-frilly language, eg, demolish these three castles, allocate the available funds to administration) Also note that your tax incomes are actually twice as shown, but half of it immediately goes towards the Drain Value
Economystats
Castles: the more castles you have, the more it costs to maintain them. This is usually relatively low, however.
Administration: this is conclusive to the size and fertility of your mark. High fertility in the fields lowers the administration costs, but the larger the mark is the more administrating it costs.
Feudal: paying your knights and feudal retainers. Higher feudal spending primarily means a better trained, equipped and armed military, but also it means happier peasents.
Raids: robbers and brigands in large amounts drain your coffers as they take taxes and incomes meant for you .
Payments: Payments are comprised of money paid out to the dukes and lords below an emperor or king to keep them satisfied.
Clergy: giving to the church. Giving more to the church raises its opinion of you. Giving very little lowers its opinion of you. Giving more money may exempt a lord from a crusade obligation, get him the free service of inquisitors or clerical forces and net him free service by knights involved with holy orders. It also raises the common people’s opinion of him.
Advice on stabilizing your economy (these things net your more money)
Cut funding to castles: Effect: castles will start falling into disrepair in a few months
Cut funding to Administration: Effect: Anger peasants, banditry will rise slightly, but none of it has an instant effect on your coffers
Cut feudal funding: Effect: anger your knights, lords, peasents and yeomen and makes generally less effective armies
Cut clerical funding: Effect: anger the clergy
Put a stop to raiders: If raiders or a lot of bandits infest your lands, ride out against some and publicly execute a few
Increase taxes: Declare that you are raising taxes, and state how drastic your tax increase is.
Call for withheld taxes: demand back taxes from any who withhold taxes from you
withholding tithes to the throne (which nets you an extra 10% of your income) Anger the emperor in return for more money being kept
Borrow money: from anyone, be it uesegi moneylenders or fellow lords.
Demand debt: demand a lord pay you what he owes, perhaps with interest. If a lord fails to pay you, you have cassus belli against him., unless the demand is completly unreasonable
Raid neighbours: not honorable, but it'll get you some money
Go to war: The loot will hopefully be enough to swell your coffers considerably.
Military
This states the price a duke must pay his lords for arming and paying their men at arms. (for troop type definitions, see the guide.)
Men at arms: Heavily armored hand weapon and shield medium infantry
Muster price: 1 per 100
Disband price: 1 per 100
Serjeants: Heavy two handed weapon infantry
Muster Price: 2 per 100
Disband Price: 1 per 100
Crossbowmen: Powerful, slow-firing long range ranged troops
Muster Price: 1 per 100
Disband Price: 1 per 100
Archers: Weak rapid-fire mid-ranged ranged troops
Muster Price: 1 per 100
Disband Price: 1 per 100
Longbowmen: Powerful, rapid fire long ranged ranged troops
Muster Price: 4 per 100
Disband Price: 2 per 100
Spearmen: Light infantry with shields and spears
Muster Price: 1 per 100
Disband Price:0 per 100
Demi-Lancers: Mounted, lightly armored yeoman lancers, no shields Muster Price: 3 per 100
Disband Price: 2 per 100
Mounted Armsmen: Mounted, lightly armored yeomen horsemen, no shields Muster Price: 3 per 100
Disband Price: 2 per 100

Hey Nepty, what's my standing Naval assets? IE how many ships do I have and how many men could I transport?

I'm still sort of working on ships, but I'd say your ships probably number about a hundred war galleys and maybe half as many dromonds, and some 20 dreadnoughts.
Also a list of players at Darko's behest Castiel-House Drekkar, Seamark Trolly-House Aderic, Marchfold Darko-House Reinhold, Westmark Warork-House Kuldinya, Ridemark Cashdash-House Kath, Lowmark Glass-House Talain, Highmark Addy-House Van Der Meer, Havermere Klimino-Norscen Kingdom of Westenac Random-Knightly House of Authurias, vassals to Highmark NPC dukes. House Von Blacke, Blackmark House Tiberias, Eastmark

How many could each class carry, roughly? I'm working on the assumption of 250 to a dreadnough, 100 to a dromond and 50 to a war galley, is that reasonable?
Also, what happened to Greymark and Redessa?

Liking WR so far. Can't wait until we can bring the righteous fist of Ortha onto those filthy Pagan tribals. They must be civilized!

As a Vassal I'll provide levies, but not much of the actual warring will be done by me. I tend to be much more scholarly and devious.
