Inquisition: Keep calm, use your head, and we can pull through this. Guard: I will fucking cut you.

OK, darks took to press ganging so, erm yeah. Hi guys! Username: Draxy Character name: Lucinda Harper Profession: None (Workplace is kinda burnt) Age: 19 Height 5'6 Appearance: Equipment: Gas mask, two combat blades, two auto-pistols, various knives hidden upon person and whatever else she can loot when possible Bio: Born onto the forge world Caedis V, Lucinda expected nothing but a hard and long life working for one of the planets many manufactorums. As such it was of little surprise when like many she turned to less than scrupulous methods to help improve her lot in life, falling in with one of the local gangs when she turned 16. Of course an alien invasion doesn't usually cover the protection racket but she'll be damned if she didn't at least try.

I like this character, he has an interesting way of making friends. Basically he just threatens to kill them very subtly and hopes they get the idea.
Remember when Rook and Yorck became friends down in the sewers, Wark?

Yeah, was a pretty cool place considering Yorck almost died there and all.
In any case, if that guy is an ork warboss then I'm a fucking baneblade. What kind of ork bothers skinning anyone?
Sounds like we got a classic case of someone bending the orks to their will.

Skinning isn't particularly far out of the realm of possibility for an Ork's sense of cruelty. But given the relative sophistication of this guy's speech pattern I'm inclined to agree that it might not be a greenskin leading them.

Since we heard it over the radio we ought to be able to tell the difference between an ork and a not ork. Orks are always portrayed as having very distinctive speech patterns, which, if this guy isn't even attempting to replicate seeing as he seems at least more eloquent than an ork, ought to automatically stand out to any character who has fought orks before.

I mean it wouldn't be the first time a non Ork was in charge of Orks. There was a unit in the Apocalypse rules where there was a human general who was running with the Green tide.
But with skinning I'm betting either Chaos or Dark Eldar. If it's a prophet it's probably Chaos related.

Despite the surprising "eloquence" it had, the voice on the vox definitely sounded like an ork by its accent.. if that word is even appropriate for spehss aliens. The only thing that sounds unusual to your characters is the obvious and relative sophistication in its speech, although even so it was only speaking in crude, but unbroken, low gothic.
