The vehicle permanent damage chart:
01-10 - Destroyed: The vehicle is ruined and the wreck is abandoned. Whichever side won the battle can salvage the vehicle and sell the scrap for 2d6x10 thrones (up to the vehicle's original cost as a maximum, ie a bike that is 35 thrones cannot be salvaged for more than 35 thrones regardless of dice rolls)
11-20 - Wrecked: The vehicle has not been completely destroyed, although it is badly mangled. Roll a further D3+1 times on this table. Re-roll any results of 'destroyed,' 'While We Were At It,' 'Fixed,' or 'Wrecked.' Re-roll any duplicate 'Captured' results.
21-35 - Armour Weakened: the armour plates on the vehicle that protect its vital components and crew are twisted, holed, buckled or simply missing. The vehicles armour points are all permanently reduced by 1.
36-40 - Twisted Chassis: The vehicle's chassis or frame is bent, mangled or missing components that make it almost impossible to control at high speeds. For each turn you wish to make the driver must first roll a D6. On a result of a '1' the turn is not made at all and still reduces your speed as if you had slowed down to turn.
41-50 - Engine Problems: The vehicle's propulsion system, be it a turbine, motor or power plant, has taken serious damange. Each time you wish to change speeds the driver must pass a driving test by rolling equal to or under their Initiative. A failure means you must travel at the same speed as before. This also means you must test to start a stationary vehicle or stop one that is in motion.
51-55 - Boneshaker: some minor problems have resulted in a truly annoying sound. This sound is heard even over the roar of battle and this so baffles and annoys the driver that he takes all driving tests at -1.
56-60 - Unreliable: The vehicle just has its bad days. Roll a D6 before each battle. On a result of a 1 the vehicle refuses to work properly and cannot be used.
61-75 - Fixed: It looks a lot worse than it truly is. The vehicle just looks like crap now, but it works.
76-80 - Captured: The vehicle is towed away by the opposing gang. Captured vehicles can be kept, ransomed, exchanged, sold or stripped for parts. Stripping a vehicle will place any of the weapons in the gang's stash and the vehicle will net 3D6x10 credits in parts, up to its original base cost.
81-90 - Reputation: The knocks, holes, rake marks and bullet holes mark the vehicle as being owned by an experienced gang of merciless killers. The effect of this pride is that all friendly fighters on board get +1 to their leadership while on board.
91-100 - While We Were At It: The gang's mechanics work the vehicle over after the last battle and seem to have also fixed some other long-standing faults too. All permanent damage, positive or negative, is now fixed/removed.

I believe these are correct but let me know if I am wrong. A few of them I altered based on correcting my own mistakes (ie one person had a vehicle so it reduced their time in the wastes but I hadn't accounted for it previously)
