As anyone who has ever talked to me on Skype can attest, I'm a big fan of anime figures and collect them pretty avidly. This hobby started back in April when I got my first tax refund and decided to buy a cool statue of Guts off ebay. It was all downhill from there. So far my collection includes only four figures, but as of I've got one more shipping in and one that's on preorder. Undoubtedly I'll post pics when they arrived.
Without further ado, my collection
Guts: Band of the Hawk version (Berserk)
As I mentioned earlier, this was the first figure I got. It's definitely the largest in my collection and by far the most difficult to pose right (when it's not killing a hundred Chuder soldiers in one night, Guts's sword is incredibly good at unbalancing figmas!).
Guido Mista and Sex Pistols (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 5: Vento Aureo)
I picked this one up off Crunchyroll's website right before Medicos stopped producing it. Guido has always been my favorite character from part 5 and the fact that Crunchyroll was selling it at a discount was all the incentive I needed to pick it up. The Sex Pistols firing effect can be pretty hard to set up right, but it looks awesome when you do.
Sakuya Izayoi (Touhou Project)
This one just came in today. Unfortunately with this figma's points of articulation it is impossible to recreate the classic "za warudo" pose from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but nonetheless it's an excellent figure of my favorite character from the Touhou series.
Unit 01 (Neon Genesis Evangelion)
Unlike all of my other figures, this one is a plastic model kit that I assembled myself. It put together very well and required very little glue and no paint. It's also fully articulated and customizable.
