You have spent the past seven months going through training even more grueling than that which made you considered the best of the best. Brutal exercises, long punishing routines and some things that made little sense at the time but became more clear, but still obscured by the mystery of this 'task force' you are assigned to, men and women in suits keeping a close eye on your progress from a distance. The abrupt end of the training was an even more curious sight, until you were put into a plane going to an unknown location, where a large group of likewise individuals have encountered the same. Some are from your homeland, some are from distant countries, a mix of languages and accents, the only common theme being the grueling regime they put all of them through.
Then you learned. You are a newly assigned member to Task Force 'Bravo Hotel,' a multinational team organized by a shadowy organization with a single goal. Protection of the Human Race from what goes bump in the night. Monsters thought myth and fabrication, and the even more strange. One of them, a grizzled man with long parallel scars across his face remarked that those among the Task Force nicknamed it "The Freak Removal Squad."
Killing Monsters doesn't sound too hard, does it?

So, I got hit with this idea in a sense by getting hyped for XCOM2, mostly because removing xenos is a glorious enterprise for the human race, but I felt as if an XCOM themed RP would be less than stellar, so I went with a more generalistic approach, focusing on various monsters and beasts and other strangeness in an episodic format. Plus, killing vampires with an AK-74M or G36 is just too cool of an image to ignore.
