I have a huge law assignment due for tomorrow and its the biggest load of bullshit every. The assignment is a case study of Galashiels Gas Co., Ld. Appellants; v. O'Donnell or Millar Respondent [1949] AC 275, (1949) SC (HL) 31. There are 6 questions to answer leading to 100 marks, with a required 40% overall to pass and need 30% in each question to pass as well. This assignment is worth 75% of my semester grade and the lecturers haven't explained how to do any of it, and have all fucked off until the 18th January for their holidays and won't answer questions. If anyone can answer a few questions (not the actual questions, but questions about the questions).
Firstly, if anyone is familiar with WESTLAW UK, can anyone explain how to find or cite paragraph number? There are little numbers like " *277 " which are page numbers but no indication as to paragraph number. Secondly, what is meant by a legal dispute and how would you describe it academically? Thirdly, if anyone has paypal and can complete a bunch of questions on the case multiple different ways I know 65 people who would pay top dollar, if you can get it complete by 21:00 GMT tomorrow (5th January)
Scratching that last part, can anyone explain what the first two parts are? Please?
