Count me in, very interesting indeed Mr Nacho's.
Just one question, how would vamps and wolves feed if they can't do so off humans? Artificial stuff, chemically designed to mimic necessary proteins and amino acids found in human flesh and blood. Appetizing, no? Anyways that's how I'm going to explain it as going on in this here world.

Thinking a D-100 for rolls, I think the forum has it's own dice rolling mechanic that be set that high. But one thing I want to discuss is the exo suit.
The Mark VIII-C(Civilian) is a suit designed for law enforcement personnel of the human race. This suit is work much like a body glove with a central motor on the chest, located to the upper right. This suit enhances the power of the wearer to levels about half the strength of the average lycan. The suit does not come with only a slew of benefits however, as many wearers of previous models have found out.
Protocol has been changed in response to these incidents.
1) The Fendermayer Mark VIII-C Exo-Suit is intended for use by humans in various law enforcement departments around the world. This suit comes in a one-size fits all fashion and conforms quickly to the form of the wearer. 2) The suit requires a downtime of 45 seconds to decompress before being able to be removed, attempting to remove the suit before this period may result in a defensive reaction from the suit and could cause physical harm to the wearer.
3) The Suit's defensive reaction permits the fibers of the suit to harden and compress on any wounded extremity, allowing the wearer to continue strenuous activity for 10 minutes after receiving an injury causing major blood loss. It is recommended that immediate evacuation be performed in order to prevent further harm to the wearer and to allow medical personnel to treat aforementioned injuries.
4) Lycan and Vampire personnel are forbidden from wearing the Fendermayer Mark VIII-C Exo Suit due to adverse reactions. -a) Lycan personnel have been noted to suffer from constriction during use of the exo suit, the exo suit attempts to increase the power of the wearer but is counter intuitive for wearers possessing strength above the limits of the suit. In response the suit enters a recalibration mode that causes rapid compression and forceful movement of blood in the body into the cranial region. This can lead to blindness, headache, tinnitus, dizzyness, apnea, and death. -b) Vampire personnel lack a pulse which sends the suit into defibrillation mode, this mode emits shocks to restore normal heart rhythm. As such vampiric wearers may suffer 3rd degree burns at the site of the defibrillator.
Warning: Popping the Exo: Popping the exo is when the hydraulic system within the suit becomes overstressed and forces hydraulic fluid to burst from major cables along the limbs of the suit. Do not engage in activities that would cause excessive force and pressure to be put on the suit. A "popped" suit loses all immediate function in the affected limb and can often lead to crushing or blunt injuries to the affected limb due to the source of the force.

It'll be a gaggle of fun Coolyo. Here's another thing, I'm trying to base these stats and such off of what I remember from playing a few games of Rogue Trader about 5 years ago. It's not going all too well but I remember the main concepts such as being born on a ship gave you knowledge of ships or some boost to some stat or another. Choosing a certain career gave you a certain ability and other such fun things. I am creating three different roles for the game but will probably force all players into one because some roles may see more action than others. For example there would be a foot patrol who walk around on foot, patrol who use cars and drive around, and the RRT which stands for Rapid Response Team who are basically the SWAT team for this game.
I will more than likely put everyone in the patrol unit because foot patrol has a limited area that they can realistically respond too and the RRT doesn't do much on a daily basis. For the purposes of the game, all three departments do exist though.
So yeah; there will be race bonuses, origin bonuses, career bonuses, etc on top of rolling for a certain amount of points for each attribute.

Potentially silly question, but how are vampires made? Is it the traditional "get bitten and turned" or is it possible for a vampire to be born?

I'm thinking the traditional bitey method, if you can find a well... "rational" way for vampires to be born then I can consider it. ^_^
